My first venture involved buying and reselling surplus ink and toner cartridges, teaching me the value of online platforms like eBay and Amazon. I also developed a barcode scanning system to streamline operations, which sparked my passion for using technology to solve business challenges.

Personalized Printing at Scale

I launched a personalised printing business that quickly grew into a thriving operation, especially during peak seasons like Christmas. From pens with quotes to customized bottles and notebooks, I mastered the art of scaling production, optimizing workflows, and leveraging platforms like Amazon and Etsy. This phase taught me the importance of efficiency and the potential of personalized e-commerce.

Focusing on Web Development and SEO

Transitioning to a work-from-home model, I began working in web development and SEO. This shift allowed me to serve other businesses by identifying what made them successful and finding ways to enhance their online presence. I started offering services like data importing/exporting and website optimization, helping clients overcome the same challenges I’d faced in my businesses.

I eventually partnered with a well-known garden machinery retailer, where I honed my skills in data scraping, inventory tracking, and managing thousands of products across multiple suppliers. This role solidified my expertise in building automated systems that streamline business operations and drive growth.
